Liquid Fillers-Cappers

The manufacture of monoblock machines dedicated to sterile liquid filling into vials include various solutions which allow to cover almost any range of vial and cap type.

From intermittent motion machines for speeds up to 120 pieces/minute to continuous motion machines for operational speeds up to 600 pieces/minute.

Machines can come with statistical check-weighing systems and IPC (100% control). And also CIP/SIP, ceramic or Stainless Steel syringes, peristaltic pumps and time/pressure fill system.

Every machine part is equipped with quick changeovers.

 

M53 SMALL BATCH

This machine model has been conceived for moderate speeds (up to 3.500 p/hour) with vial filling functions (and/or syringes – combo version can handle both components), standard or lyo style stopper application, sealing station on the same frame or detached.

AISI 316 Stainless Steel or ceramic syringes, peristaltic pumps, optional IPC, 100% sealing control, incomplete vial automatic reject and Nitrogen stations. The machine includes a vial manual loading system from a compact turntable integral with the machine frame.

A mesh conveyor is used when in-line with a sterilisation tunnel.

Machine overall dimensions, reduced footprint, make the machine perfectly proper for installation under isolator, cRabs and oRabs.

M19

Macchina a passo singolo in versione monoblocco per il dosaggio e la chiusura di flaconi in vetro in Single pitch monoblock machine for glass vial filling and capping in sterile rooms.

Machine configuration can include a fill station on star-wheel or a linear fill station. With fill station on a star-wheel, operational speeds are up to 60 pieces/minute while the linear version achieves a speed of 100 pieces/minute, in relation to bottles dimensions to be handled and fill volumes to be filled.

Machine versions might include filling, stopper and lyo application station and compact sealing unit. Separate version includes sealing on a dedicated unit (MC/1A).

An Infeed turntable or an infeed mesh conveyor allow vial feeding. Vial re-traying unit for freeze-drying production can be supplied integral to the machine or detached.

AISI 316 SS rotary seal-less and valve-less filling syringes ceramic (also standing CIP SIP), peristaltic pumps.

(Quantity of syringes: 1 – 2 – 4 or 6).

Nitrogen flushing stations, where required (before, during and after fill prior to stopper insertion).

M53

Monoblock machine for liquid filling dedicated to sterile rooms, with integral infeed turntable (as an option it can be supplied not compact with the machine).

Double pitch machine (the components are handled two by two), walking beam transport system made from plastic or Stainless Steel, 4 AISI 316 SS rotary seal-less and valve-less filling syringes or ceramic (also proper to stand CIP/SIP temperatures), peristaltic pumps.

Standard stopper or lyo stopper application unit, sealing on the monoblock frame or separated on a down-stream machine (model M53/2A or different model).

Nitrogen flushing station before and/or during filling, prior to stoppering. IPC (detecting tare and net weights). Speed up to 120 p/minute, relating to components to be handled.

Machine configuration makes installation under isolator, cRabs and oRabs excellent.

M53C

Machines model M53 have been engineered to be used also under "combo" version, to fill vials and PFS at operational speeds of 100-120 pieces/minute according to the dimensions of objects.
These models are intermittent motion linear machines, using a comb style transport system which position vials and PFS into filling unit, stopper inserting unit and capping station (for vials).
Loading station and units for automatic vial and PFS discharge can also be supplied. Quick change-over operations to switch from vial to PFS and vice versa. Possibility to align with vial washing and sterilization lines

M50

Continuous motion monoblock machine for vials in sterile rooms with stopper and lyo application.

The machine can include 4-6-8-12 AISI 316 SS rotary seal-less and valve-less syringes, ceramic syringes (proper to stand CIP/SIP temperatures), peristaltic pumps, time/pressure on specific request.

Vials loading from turntable or mesh conveyor. Vial transport system rotates in phase with vials during fill operation, allowing the reduction of potential particulate contamination due to vial friction, as it occurs with traditional systems. Filling is performed with nozzles following vials movement.

The room between fill operations and stopper application is reduced at most, exposing filled vial for an insignificant time before stopper application. Operating speed up to 470 vial/minute with 8 filling syringes, proportional onto vial diameters. Maximum vial capacity up to 250 ml, with reduction of machine pitch and syringe numbers. Statistical check-weighing on request.

Nitrogen flushing before, during dosage and prior to stoppering application. Incomplete vial automatic rejection on a dedicated lane. Installation under isolator, cRabs, oRabs is possible.

M52

Continuous motion linear monoblock machine for vials in sterile rooms with application of standard and lyo stoppers.

May be equipped with 4-6-8-12 AISI 316 SS rotary seal-less and valve-less syringes, ceramic syringes (which can stand CIP SIP temperatures), peristaltic pumps and time/pressure fill system on specific request.

Vial loading by infeed turntable or mesh conveyor. In-line vial transport by specific belt equipped with plastic material inserts, allowing quick changeover. Vertical Stoppering wheel made from AISI 316 Stainless Steel and vacuum system. Stopper feeding system integral to the monoblock machine.

Fill station following nozzles/vials. The room between fill operations and stopper application is reduced at most, exposing filled vial for an insignificant time before stopper application. Operating speed up to 600 vials/minute with 12 filling syringes, proportional to vial diameters.

Max vial capacity up to 100 ml. with reduction of machine pitch and fill syringes number. Statistical check-weighing on request, Nitrogen flushing before, during filling and prior to stopper application.

Incomplete vial automatic reject on dedicated lane. Machine perfectly fit for installation under isolator, cRabs, oRabs.

M19/M39K

Intermittent motion monoblock machine for cartridges.
Loading on a mesh conveyor or inclined vibrating plate. Stopper insertion, fill by AISI 316 Stainless Steel rotary valve-less and seal-less syringes, ceramic syringes and peristaltic pumps.
Balls insertion station, if requested. Cartridges crimping station by mechanical system or pneumatic crimping system.

Cartridges collection into trays and automatic reject of incomplete components. Operational speed up to 60 p/minute for M19K and 120 p/minute for M39K

M21

Unit dedicated to the automatic collection of vials for freeze-drying and/or vials stoppered and capped, Quinconce collection or random. The machine may include a single collecting tray or double collecting trays.

The system may also be used as a re-loading plate of freeze-dried vials, upon request. Operational speed up to 480 vials/minute with two compact collecting trays (model M21D).

The automatism of the unit with two trays allow the discharge and replacement of the single tray avoiding machine cycle stop.
