Customer Service

The supporting documentation supplied with the machines, operator manual with trouble shooting, helps the customer during machine use. If any further servicing or repair is required our team of experienced and trained service staff from the mechanical, electric and electronic departments are available to help.

On-line Service

...data communication between the machine and our technical staff can take place online. When authorized by the customer remote access is established and any machine malfunctions can be identified or program modifications made without involving international travel. The present technologies allow the installation of modems on the machines and an easy and quick assistance support on the machine.

The constant dialogue with the customer is the main subject for the finalization of a project. The success and final efficiency of a project born from a direct and constant relationship with the customer. The customer’s project becomes our project. The study of the project environment conditions, the logics of material flow, the correct lay-out and details configuration, available room conditions, and many other elements and their final detailed definition are the main passages for the successful definition and realization of a project. The philosophy of approach to the definition of the offers and the realization of equipment cannot be separated from the constant and continuous relationship with the customer. The result of a production cannot be joint without a planning which considers all the individual and specific customer’s circumstances. The constant communication with the customer is one of the most important value.

Validations

We provide support for the validation of your production.
The machine qualification carried out by Mar Spa provides a complete, reproducible and documented proof that the machine has been manufactured according to the purchase order, the design documents and the valid specification. It is conducted pursuant to the EU-GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice) and the PIC (Pharmaceutical Inspections Convention) recommendations for validation.

Machine validation includes:

Installation qualification (IQ)

Installation qualification is the testing and the documented certification that the criteria for correct machine construction are fulfilled as defined in the test schedule. The following steps can be included in the test schedule:
• Fulfillment of the customer order specifications
• Installation and identification of mechanical components
• Installation and identification of electrical components
• Installation and identification of the machine control (PLC)
• PID/RI diagrams
• Technical data sheets for the components
• Materials list (media and product carrying parts)
• Weld logs (where necessary)
• Testing for ease of access for maintenance and cleaning
• Testing the media connections
• Flowchart of the machine program
• Test certificates for components from other manufacturers

Operational qualification (OQ)

Operational qualification is the testing and the documented certification that the criteria for correct machine operation are fulfilled as defined in the test schedule. The following steps can be included in the test schedule:
• Operational inspection of the machine control (PLC inputs and outputs)
• Operational inspection of the machine program
• Calibration of measuring circuits
• Operational inspection of the operating panel
• Operational inspection of the safety equipment

Installations

For complex machine installations and start-up, it is necessary to dispatch high qualified personnel. Our policy is to schedule the installation with high qualified personnel having participated also to the machine assembling and functional test at our site. This will help and facilitate the installation operations and if required, also the direct support to SAT operations.

Machine Training

Training specific programs are used during FAT operations and/or during installation of the lines and/or single machines. This is to allow an easy and quick personnel training package for the machine use. We will give instruction on the machine operation, care, maintenance, size change-over procedures, calibration and set-up.

Spare parts

Quality and rapidity in the supply of spare parts, thanks to mechanical parts production at our site. This allows the quick production/shipment of spare part purchase orders assuring the quality of realization according to our standards.
